Greetings! We’re very excited to bring to you the most captivating speaker, mentor, and scholar of wines. With an Italian accent of passion, someone who not only knows what he’s talking about, but will empower your senses, and knowledge.

This is a must attend event, and one of the most substantial wine affairs in Toronto for Professional Singles, Minglers and Networkers. This evening is charged with the passion of Wine Tasting, guided by Alessandro Dialuce, where he will be presenting 8 wines from Canada, and Germany, pairing Organic Italian Wines with handcrafted cashew cheese from the Frauxmagerie, and insatiable chocolate by Ambiance. Alessandro is a charismatic presence, a Canadian of Italian charm hailing from the ancient city of Rome. And he is passionate about wines. His vast experience in wines comes from his travels and experiences as an international wine exporter of more than 13 years, specializing in organic wines from boutique Italian vineyards. His knowledge exceeds the practice of tasting and pairing of wines. He brings to us the origin of the wine, from knowing the winemaking families from his native Italy, of renown wine regions such as Barolo, Piedmont, to winemakers the world over. He has nurtured unique relationships with producers whom have invested generations, into their craft. A recommendation from Alessandro comes not only for the taste of the wine, but for it’s meaningful journey.
